Hill Country Daily Bread is a community food pantry dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity with dignity and care. The pantry provides free groceries to help neighbors meet their daily needs.
To join the food distribution, individuals may arrive during scheduled distribution times and check in with volunteers. No cost is required, and all community members in need of assistance are welcome. Community members may also complete online registration by clicking the link below:

TWIGS provides a safe, welcoming space for kids to learn about faith, grow friendships, and have fun together. We are steeped in tradition, and we strive to grow our faith daily by loving God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and by loving our neighbor as ourselves. At lakehills UMC, while encourntering Jesus, you will also find family.
United Women in Faith Meeting
Women in Faith is a community of women dedicated to serving with compassion, purpose, and love. Through fellowship and outreach, we support our neighbors and uplift those in need. Our ministries include a Prom Closet to help students shine on their special night, a Fall Festival that brings families together, the JAC-PACK Suicide Prevention Walk to raise awareness and inspire hope, and a Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser that helps sustain our mission. Together, we serve, give, and walk in faith.

Another opportunity to help with fundraising for the new Family Life Center at LUMC. Car Wash will be held at Lakehills Center (Strive Fitness parking lot).

GROUNDBREAKING FOR NEW FAMILY LIFE CENTER
A Ceremonial Ground Breaking will occur on Tuesday, August 9 at 5 p.m. Most of the activity will be inside in the coolness of the sanctuary, but we will be outside for the actual breaking of the ground, so dress cool. TWIGS children from out Tuesday after school program and our Summer TWIGS will be there to help turn the shovels! All are invited to join us in this important step for our community and Lakehills UMC.
